Your "two states solution"

Regarding the "reparations", how do you calculate how much the Israelis owe the Arabs for the fact that the Arabs attacked them in 1948 and 1967, plus innumerable times after that? I'd like to have your formula just in case I, here in the United States, get mugged on the street. It would be good to have a way to figure out how much I would owe my attackers afterwards.

Also, if everyone started using such a formula when attacked, I am sure it would make the streets much safer in the future.
