Bring Back Imperialism and ColonialismReader comment on item: Dhimmis No More Submitted by Dave, Dec 26, 2017 at 21:24 If the Muslim region is becoming so degenerate that ethnic cleansing is turning it into a repressive, Islamist monoculture, then it's time to start thinking about conquest, forcibly suppressing Islam and colonization. We shouldn't feel guilty about it - human history is full of stories of conquests. In this case it would be constructive in that it would actually advance human rights. In any case, we should have enough faith in our own cultural superiority and values to actively defend and advance them in the face of Islamofascism. There are salutary precedents. For example, Douglas MacArthur banned Shintoism when the allies occupied Japan during WWII, as it was used as a religious inspiration for Japanese aggression. And the British imperialists outlawed the inhumane suttee (Hindu widow burning) despite pleas for cultural respect from Hindu leaders. The French took Algeria in response to Muslim piracy (but lost their nerve later). Sometimes, you just have to take a stand. Islam was invented to justify and regulate the Arab conquests, which is why it is so militaristic and intolerant. But what has been conquered can be taken back again, as the Spanish demonstrated. The big question is: Do we have the gumption? Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
