Trump is more of a populist than Bannon.

Bannon is an ideologue, whose ideology includes populist ideas. Trump is a 100% practicing populist, who has no ideology to speak of; instead he appeals and panders directly to the crowd.

And while we are at it, isn't your criticism of 4P an anti-elite stance? Aren't the European anti-immigration parties populist?
