Our dear Raul and the disasters about the Hadith of Muhammad with regard to الطاعون or the plague and the Coronavirus pandemic

Our dear Raul,

While waiting for your reply, the latest in Tablighee land is that Doctor Mohammad tells us in a Hadith that: It is not allowed (for Muslims, oh non Muslims? They don't count) to leave or enter an area during outbreaks of the plague (الطاعون)!

And all we hear is: See brother how did an Arab 1400 years ago know about quarantine!

However, the disaster is yet to come. Then Muhammad says: Except الفرار منه or escaping from it (the it here is masculine)

So if we turn to al-Mufasereen, we are told that الفرار منه really to escape from قدر الله or Allah's predestination! Nothing about escaping the plague!

What a disaster

So much for Muhammad's epidemiology and disease prevention

More disasters? We are told that Muhammad also said that: ان من خرج لشغل عرض له اوللتداوي من علة به اوغيره
Or: He can exit it (the area where there is plague) for work, or for treatment from a disease (yes you are reading this correctly) in him or in others!

One more time: So much for Dr Muhammad.

In other traditions it says that work, study and some disease can be exceptions and he/she can leave an area where there are cases of the plague.
