What did Afghanistan Teach the West - The Biblical View Remains in Focus

It appearing to be a source of consternation to those who think that a secularistic approach to deal with the immediate resurgent confrontation of Islamic adherents against the 'western' influences of the European theater post-religionistic approach to confronting the latest breakout; the question is posed once again: how do any of the proponents of European 'western' influences think they can confront the Iranian Islamic Regime without the backup of the now questionable 46th American Administration's ability to protect any allies? Since all of it still involves protecting Israel in its Biblical destiny; who is up to that challenge now?
