Killing 10 million Afghanis?

Killing ten millions of the Afghan people--which Trump did not wish to do, and should not have wished to do--would mean killing roughly one out of every three men, women, and children in that country; Lidice and other Nazi atrocities multiplied umpteen hundred times. That is one problem with a People's War--everyone's a combatant. It's Hurons v. Iroquois, in which the losers are literally lunch.
