Depictions are clearly of extremists

The media have never depicted "all Muslims" as extremists. Terrorists are committing newsworthy actions. They are depicted as the extremists/radicals/terrorists they are. The media have gone out of their way to depict ordinary Muslims as ordinary Muslims in order to counterbalance the negative reports about extremists. It seems it is only Muslims who see reports about terrorism and conclude that all Muslims are being maligned. I just don't see it.
