As a muslim, you wonder at the distiction based on what the Quran says and on the assumption that the Quran is truthful. But that is a wrong assumption. God singled out Isralites because all others, like Muslims, deviated from God. But later on God made the ultimate sacrifice of His Son in order that sinful mankind, even muslims, can be redeemed.

"Prophet david and solomon are most sacred to Moslem people ". In that case, why did Mohammed give in the Quran the twisted versions of the Biblical accounts of David and Solomon?

"I personally have no chagrin against any Jew but I abhored their killing in Lebanon and Gaza, their displacement of people from their homes in Jerusalem and their destructive role in the last aggression on Iraq. Nevertheless, neighbouring Nations cannot live in a state of war or with the seeds for novel wars. Israel would give excellent gesture of friendship if it gives Golan Heights back to Syria and start negotiating an ever-lasting and just peace with the Arabs. Excluding Hamas is impossible and there will come a time when Israel gets absorbed by Arab culture. The Jews are very much like the Arabs and their identity cannot separated from that of the Arabs. They can be the meeting ground for both the Arabs and the West. But with the politics of haughtiness with liberman all hopes turned to despair, and hands, instead of being stretched for a handshake are now feeling the place of the trigger. No agrrements can be made without justice: Justice to history and justice in all other aspects. Stressing negative issues like the one above only adds feul to fire and sharpen difference. It is time to seek new avenues for coexistence between Moslems. Arabs and Jews. You cannot tread on somebody's neck and be equal with him."

These are all typical muslim viewpoints and sounds contrived. As if the fault lay with Israel! By the way, what rightful claims do muslims have to ancient Jewish Lands? None.
