YO Salah, interesting on how you leave out various pieces of history. For instance on how the Muslim Botherhood, allied itself with the Nazi's during World War Two. In another post you mention the world famous writer Naguib Mahfouz but fail to mention the horrible attack on the 82 year old writer by an Islamic fanatic. He was almost killed, and his right hand was damaged for the rest of his life.

You live in Dar al Harb because you are a "human being". Why after World War Two did not one Arabian/Persian country sign the United Nations - Covenant on Human Rights ( 1948 )? Since the end of that war it's more then interesting to note how Asia led by democratic Japan has become an economic, and technological giant, and the Middle-East is going backward. Our Western "Dark Ages" was led by fanatics in the church, your present day "Dark Age" is led by corrupt mullahs, and dictators who now control most of Dar al Islam.

Until their is a " Reformation" like in Europe, or a "Great Awakening" like in America the changes your religion, it wil remain in the state of "FITNA". You wil remain at war with both yourself, and the rest of the vast, and mighty non- Islamic world. Pakistan is close to all out civil war, Egypt is next. And the rest of the world will not stand by and let itself be destroyed by these weaker states if threatened by them.

And you are wrong about your historical dates. Chinggis Khan, led the first Mongol invasions, and died in 1227.

Tamerlane claimed descent from - Jenghiz Khan, and was born in 1336.

In any event, it were these evenst that ended the mighty -"Golden Islamic Age".

I stand by my statements concerning former Egypitain school teachers, (al Banna and Qutb) and the Muslim Brotherhood, who with very little formal religious background have, and will probably cause more chaos, ( FITNA) and war in your beloved Islamic world. Your defense of madman, Saddam, and his regime makes me wonder about just how human you really are. And I was always amused about how he always compared himself to Saladin, who was in fact a KURD ! A group of people that he used chemical weapons against. Lets not forget that Iraq under Saddam was the only Muslim country in that area that allied itself with the openly "GODLESS" Soviet Union. And in fact along with his invasion of Kuwait, his war with Iran, and his second conflict with my county has been responsible for more Islamic deaths then any other leader in modern history .
