Reform IslamReader comment on item: Daniel Pipes: 'Israel Has No Policy' Submitted by Gershom (Germany), Dec 12, 2010 at 17:16 Thank you Canto28 for your insight. I would like to augment some of your thoughts if I may. The idea of a moderate muslim is a no-go. A moderate muslim can only exist in a strong and powerful host country that is willing to protect them from the islamic core groups. This is something non-existing in the entire western world. A non-muslim, a kafir is an "unter-mensch" low below a muslim, and if he doesn't realise the superiority of Islam and convert, he has either slavery, dhimmitude, or fight and death. On the other hand, if a moslem rejects Islam or even offers criticism, he is an apostate and in numerous Sura of the Quran, hadith and at least three fatwas, that I know of , it is the religious obligation of every Muslim to kill this person. Instigating reform to Islam kann be lethal. Dr. Pipes speaks of a reform movement, but up to now, I have seen nothing but a few muslims that just keep their mouths shut. That is not the same as reform, as you have so aptly commented, and this person cannot be trusted. A person is measured on his deeds, and not what he says or not says. Our governments should be offering their hands to the reformers, but for some perverse reason we knee down to the radicals. G-d help us.
