Obama has gone to diplomatic and political war with Israel

Jewish blogger on the US and the UN Anne Bayefsky has characterized Barack Obama as the American President most hostile to Israel, and I believe that she is correct. I say this because Mr. Obama has made far too many verbal "slips", broken promises, and thinly veiled attacks on Israel and Israeli policies for it to be accidental.

Mr. Obama is engaging in what the military would call "Softening Up the Beachhead," that is, he is preparing an all out "peace at any price with the Palestinians" assault on Israel. Obama may well be planning a serious, unrelenting, no holds barred diplomatic and political offensive with Israel during the latter part of his first term as President, but the upcoming campaign will probably prevent this. However,if God Forbid Obama should achieve a second term as President there will be no letup in his unreasonable and dangerous demands on Israel and he will have the benefit of not running for office again to further embolden him. In fact the dangers of a Barack Obama second term as President are a greater danger to Israel than the Palestinian/PLO/Hamas/Iranian declaration of statehood could ever be. I hope and pray that our Israeli and American Jewish leadership become aware of the real dangers to our country and people that Obama represents.
