Christians never won when they carried the sword

The Crusades caused the biggest losses for Christians in the middle east. So did the numerous Christian wars against any other religion all along history. Failure of these Crusades were again & again a sign of the righteous Christian faith; Christ was Crucified & did not fight his crucifiers. The early Christians died as Martyrs in Rome's Coliseum and were praying, not fighting. Whenever Christians all along history carried the sword in the name of Christ, they no longer were under Christ protection. Only with love & peaceful struggle, never leaving their land no matter how hard life becomes, can Christians achieve their spread of God's word & their existence on any land, especially in the middle east.
