America Does Not Play the Harlot As Well As Others Who Have More ExperienceReader comment on item: Uncovering Early Islam Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Jun 18, 2012 at 19:15 Let us suppose that some portion of what is alleged here has some semblance of veracity (though much of it has the appearance of being anecdotal propaganda for whatever purposes this type of presentation might avail). As much as one might think that there is some vestige of truth to be gleaned from any operation the CIA might be instigating, all of it has been compromised by the very allegation directed towards the United States-that if the United States had been in a position to garner any interests in the energy reserves to be found, it would have manifested itself in a far more notable fashion than can be seen by the naked political eye. It has not. As far as 'strategic plans' for Central Asian region and the United States, it would appear that the U.S. took a distance second place in the events that have transpired in the last few years; that if there were comprehensive strategic goals for the United States as a result of some 'covert' operation, they may be categorically regarded by the general public of the American perspective as compromised, for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the Russian influences still maintained from a place far closer than Washington D.C. The Russian-Georgian conflict might have been peripheral to the Turkic states, but the Russians made their point stick. Now it can be conceded that the resurgence of Islam is antagonized by years, nay decades of western civilizational interferences going all the way back to, say the British colonialization of the southern parts of that region; and further back to the crusades, which left a bad taste in everyone's mouth, especially the Islamists in the various caliphates. These simmered until the First World War; then the breakaway moment came with the reestablishment of Israel, the real thorn in the Islamists' side. For the Islamic revolutionary motion of effort, nothing compares to the anti-Semitic goal of, in the words of the Iranian leadership, 'wiping Israel off the map.' That is what lays behind the motive of any Islamization process, global conquest with Jerusalem as the main prize. If anyone thinks this is farfetched, permit the quote by Egyptian presidential candidate Mursi; "If Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Mursi became president, Egypt's new capital will no more be Cairo, but the new capital will be Jerusalem…." Now it can be intimated that the United States might have had something to do with the Egyptians be caught up in the Arab uprising that toppled their former leader Mubarak shortly after the visit by the American Chief Executive Obama, but this is incidental to the fact that radicalized Islam has been on the march ever since the Shah of Iran was toppled by radical Islamic forces. Islam has been on the warpath ever since. Does this sound like something that the United States as a democracy needed in order to advance some oblique business opportunity? NO; this sounds more like the United States being controlled by an international consortium headed by the likes of supra-nationalists to achieve the aims being alleged against the United States – and it is a perfect foil. Now it is a misnomer to call America the harlot, for there is a scriptural reference that any entity can play the harlot, and America would not be alone in that capacity. Every nation that has been in business for the energy that glistens in the Middle Eastern mirage (and we all know America is not alone-Europe has its own voraciousness to contend with – just ask the Russians as they sell their supplies of energy to Europe); so be careful to not blind ones' self in the mirror to deflect culpability. Further, as can be seen, Islam has its targeting system locked on to just about every nation in the world, calling all kafir harlots. So for the answer to the question: that while the United States does bear some responsibility for meddling in places they should left well enough alone, Islam seems to be doing just fine on its own in effecting the plans of the Ayatollah Khomeini as they were fashioned back in Paris in the seventies.
