Our dear Adil aka Adil Patel aka Ayat is not very happy that the Qur'an indeed says that Islam is the religion of the Arabs only

Why is it that Ibrahim, Musa, Harun, Zakriyya, Yahya, and Isa Ibn Maryam are not Arab. Ibrahim is from mestepotamia. Mestepotamians are not Arabs.

Musa and Harun are from ancient Egypt. Egyptians did not speak Arabic.

Zakariyya, Yahya, and Isa Ibn Maryam are from ancient Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
