Russia and China want something

Under the guise of befriending Israel, most likely China and Russia are hoping for some technologically advanced weaponry, which they are quite likely to get. Whether they then forward the information they obtain from reverse engineering them to Israel's traditional enemies, like Iran, is an open question.
