Obama, The Appeaser?

Reader comment on item: Romney Channels George W. Bush's Middle East Policy
in response to reader comment: Romney and foreign policy

Many have complained the contrary about Obama being an appeaser and leftist flake. In fact, Obama has been playing video games with drones, killing actual American citizens rather than bringing them back to the U.S. to face the wrath of our justice system. Obama has engaged in "extra-judicial assassination" more than any other president, including the President Bush and Vice President Cheney. Go figure? Most feel that Obama has been a third term for President Bush. As for the fiasco in Libya, I would begin by blaming the DOD, since they had sent a team of special forces to access the possible dangers. The ambassador is also to blame for his and his co-workers demise. As for any Republican being able to do a much better job than Obama or any other Democrat, history tells us otherwise.

I surmise that most of Mr. Pipes's readers do not like Mr. Obama due to the color of his and his wife and children's skin. After all, the Republicans are famous for purging minority voters. By the way, ex-cons are allowed to vote, even if they happen to be Black, Hispanic, or Native American. Can you imagine a Native American having to prove he or she is a citizen of the United States? In the Republican districts, that's exactly what happens. As for blame in regards to Libya, one can point the finger at everyone in this government, both Democrats and Republicans in Congress and the House. It's easy to point the finger at one person, especially if he is an Afro-American man. As far as racism goes, nothing has changed in the United States. Those on the left are extremely critical of Obama, because he has taken such extreme actions in the Middle Eastern region with his virtual reality games of killing scores of people with the drones. Nothing has really changed, and nothing will change in this country until the people take back their country and accept responsibility for their country and community in lieu of seeking an easy solution by voting. Do you really think that you are being given a true democratic choice, when given the choice between Obama and Romney. That's a choice? You have only yourselves to blame by having to chose between Obama and Romney. You need to take back your democracy, because you don't have one right now with a choice between Obama and Romney. What are you going to do about the purging of votes? Even if you are able to find a viable alternative to the Democrats and GOP, you won't be able to promote this nominee due to the purging of votes and the rigging of the electoral process. Wake up! Obama is an appeaser?! Where have you been? Read the NY Times or the LA Times or the Washington Post. Mr. Obama has been trigger happy, if anything.

Romney will just be a replay of the Obama administration, which has been a replay of the Bush administration. The only difference is you won't have Medicare and social security, nor Medicaid to pay for your or your parents' nursing home fees. What if your spouse has a massive stroke? Who will pay for your wife or husband's nursing home fees. Back in the early 1970s before Medicaid covered nursing home fees, many married couples and their children were forced into bankruptcy, when a loved one was the victim of a horrific car accident or stroke. Voucher-Care will further enable the most infirm to be refused medical treatment like today. Romney intends to turn Medicare into the Medicaid program designed for poor single White mothers today except you will have to foot most of the cost of the annual premium, deductible, and cost of pharmaceuticals. As soon as you become chronically ill with a serious infirmity, your insurance premium will rise exponentially to over $32 thousand per year with at least a $1,500 deductible each quarter. Are you going to be able to pay for your parents, your spouses, and your children (if they become seriously ill)? It appears that the readers on this web site prefer to be entertained and empowered through fallacies rather than to take the initiative to actually uncover what is happening today in this country. Have any of you ever studied at first-tier, world renowned universities abroad for over one year? Do you know what life is like in other countries as compared to the U.S. Remember the tent cities in Israel. Israel adopted a U.S. economy and look what's happened there. Holocaust survivors now go hungry each night. By not taking responsibility and preferring instead to be entertained, you are literally not only hurting people, you are killing people -- people within your own community.

This is one of silliest comments ever on this website. Speaking for myself, it does not matter what the color of Obama's skin is for his policies are terrible.
