And who are they unless the Military Industrial (and Congressional) Complex ? For them war and chaos are just opportunities to sell more weapons,have more contracts, more "jobs", maximize their profits. And when it backfires, it is not so bad either. It creates demand for more defense spending and is good for their profits. As far as I know nobody responsible for this self-defeating policy has ever been punished. By the way, calling these ruthless and lying profiteers "innocents abroad" is an insult to Mark Twain's "Innocents".
