Here's why America doesn't create stabilityReader comment on item: Innocents Abroad Build Foreign Armies Submitted by Kepha Hor (United States), Feb 17, 2013 at 09:01 Ianus, speaking as an American with outside-America connections, I'll tell you why the Soviets created "order and stability" while American policy leaves chaos. Americans are raised in generations of responsible, participatory citizenship, and because there are so many American wannabes who come to America and end up Americans after 5 years on a green card or a few more on refugee/asylle status, they think that other societies that can make the same kind of open, participatory, compact-based political system. Hence, America gets involved in things like WWII and flops miserably in peace while winning the war. Your Soviet patrons, on the other hand, are just like Babur Shah, that native son of Ferghana Valley who invaded India and boast of killing 67,000,000 Hindus (assuming its true, and not just propaganda to scare Hindus and boaast to other Khalifa-wannades). After occupying the Chinese Northeast after WWII (to help their Communist clients after doing NOTHING to defeat Japan), the Soviets thought nothing of shooting anyone they didn't like, allowed their soldiers to loot, and cleared minefields by rounding up Chinese civilians and making them walk through them ahead of their soldiers. And, surely you, being Polish, must think it a wonderful thing that there are so many villages in the North Kazakh steppe populated by the survivors of whole communities of Polish kulaks that were exiled by Soviet power. Soviet stability was based on killing off all opposition, no matter how responsible. I think Western people talk of some who make a desert and call it peace. That is the Communists everywhere.
