The 20% diplomatic master stroke

Israel has some 20% Arabs as citizens (since 1948, by the way). Palestine could have some 20% Jewish citizens (these are the actual numbers). Abbas and the PA simply have to accept Israel as a Jewish state, Bibi and the Israeli government could then accept a Palestinian/Arab state - with a Jewish minority in the West Bank, as analyzed by Daniel Pipes. This could indeed become "Netanyahu's diplomatic master stroke".

Isn't this indicating the flexibility and curiosity of Zionism in the 21st century? Pro-Arab, pro-Jewish.
