ISIS Beheadings Unhinge People

Rational advice I totally agree with, but tell that to a public that is so appalled by the beheadings, mass executions and rapes of ISIS, that politicians seem to be competing with each other to see who can squash the cockroach the hardest.

That may be because beheadings are purely sadistic and lack the martyrdom appeal of suicide bombings, which the naive can be fooled into considering the desperate acts of the persecuted.
