As you know there are "boots" on the ground----they just aren't US troops. And that is Obama's grand design use friendly forces to reclaim the lost ground, while pounding IS facilities and staging areas----theoretically, it should work.

With success. IS will be relegated to just another footnote in history much as Al Queda is now. But in actuality the name changes, but the philosophy is the same----we just have to demonstrate that recruitment is a death sentence for new Jihadists.
