Understanding the Middle East 's people

The tragedy lies in the wrong doing and wrong allies by US in the region .The chronology of US foreign policy toward the Middle East will give you a clear indication why US always picks up the wrong ally to safeguard its own interest .

When US wanted to promote democracy no one will expect the Saudi and Qatari brats to take a lead in the US led chorus .Nor promoting Caliph Erdogan will serve stability in the region .When Iraq was invaded the GCC was spreading the fear that US has given Iraq in a platter of gold to the Iranian (Shia) and started suicidal culture against US troops in Iraq .

It is the people power in the 21st century and Washington must direct the mass toward building a better future based on equality and democracy and this requires building institutions to educate the mass ,generate jobs and keep religion away from politics .

There is a feeling good factor toward US in the Arab world but the administration never interested in popularity and chose the wrong alliance .

Finally US ,as a superpower ,should have an independent foreign policy toward Middle East and trust Arab nation and Israel at equal footing ,otherwise I will echo what president Bill Clinton said after meeting with BB "whom he think is the superpower .?
