al-Bukhari and lice!

This is from Egyptian TV and members the religious establishment are trying to defend the venerated Sahih al-Bukhari and in this case a silly tradition that says that Muhammad and his Sahaba (close followers) were infested with head and body lice!

Broadcasting such a story would not have been possible just a few years ago

However even the very venerated al-Bukhari is coming under increased and close examination and many young Egyptians are horrified about all of this nonsense So what is next? The Qur'an?

Again what would it lead to? Only time would tell
