Spare the Change

They can fight with sentiment and words, but it will not help them in the long run; as their population is undergoing a seismic turnover. It will usher in a cultural change, therefore their way of life is completely threatened. They are trying to solve their economic problem with usurping "manpower" from an immigrant population that does not share the same values.
