You Confirm My Point Re Judeo-Christian Ethics

As your response points out, relatively religious Western Europe is more amenable to the Muslim refugees because of ethical principles, such as loving one's neighbor, loving the stranger, and being compassionate in general. The more atheistic Eastern Europe is less amenable, and thanks to Soviet domination, has a better nose for totalitarianism. The Pope's rosy view of Islam and the migrants is a good example of Western Europe's well-intended naivete.
Judeo-Christian ethics may be a great recipe for societal cohesion, but is weak when it comes to external threats.
