The French Judiciary Re Burkinis Proves My Point

The recent overturning of the burkini ban in France by the court is a good illustration of how the elites can circumvent the majority. Israeli courts are also notoriously more leftist than the general public. I should have added in my post that the judiciary is often a major elite stronghold with great influence.
