Very interesting article indeed and notice, according to the article, most members of ethnic groups identify themselves as Iranians

And yes there are Christians Jews Sunni Muslims Yazidis Yarsans Mandaeans Baha'is and Zoroastrians in Iran.

In regard to Christianity there are between 300,000 and 350,000 Christians in Iran and the majority are Armenians You can also find Assyrian/Nestorian churches as well as other Christian denominations!

The genius of Iran and its people is the country is an ethnic and religious mosaic that have a common language and culture with common and very profound history and this keeps it as one country
