Perhaps better to allow Turkey to have American weapons

The latest plane appears to be incapable of taking off without America permitting it to do so. This is because it has to upload flight information to an American system after a mission, without which it cannot take off :)
Besides, who would know American planes' flaws better than America?
The same goes for the Patriot system. Surely it's easier for America to deal with American weapons.
