The author of the Qur'an claims that the Jews are polytheists! No I'm not kidding

Hi Prashant,

1. The first disaster is in Q9:30 where it says that وقالت اليهود عزير ابن الله

This can be rendered as: And the Jews (not some of the Jews, but all the Jews) 'Uzair is the son of Allah

This is a big fat lie.

However, the author implies that the Jews have two Gods: Allah and (a certain 'Uzair)

2. Q9:31 is a disaster

It can be rendered as:

اتخذوا Or: They (The Jews and Christians) took

احبارهم ورهبانهم Or: Their Rabbis and Monks

اربابا Or: Lords (read the word اربابا as Gods)

من دون الله Or: Besides Allah

Or: The Jews and Christians took their Rabbis and Monks as Lords/Gods besides Allah

So the author is accusing the Jews and the Christians of being polytheists! Which is a big fat lie

Now are you ready for another stupidity? Then the genius who wrote this verse says:

اتخذوا احبارهم ورهبانهم اربابا من دون الله والمسيح ابن مريم

Or: They (the Jews and Christians) took their Rabbis and Monks as Lords/Gods besides Allah AND JESUS THE SON OF MARY!

This means that the author is saying that Jesus is also God! What a disaster

al-Mufasereen came to the rescue of these disasters by telling us that only some of the Jews not all the Jews regard 'Uzair as the son of Allah and that the verse should be, are you ready?

اتخذوا احبارهم ورهبانهم والمسيح ابن مريم اربابا من دون الله

Or They (the Jews and Christians) took their Rabbis and Monks AND JESUS THE SON OF MARY Gods/Lords besides of Allah!

What a disaster Allah makes a mistake in syntax and al-mufasereen fix it!
