Our dear Ali Baba صلى الله عليه وسلم and science in the Qur'an Mashallah!Reader comment on item: Tectonic Shifts in Attitudes toward Israel Submitted by dhimmi no more, Feb 6, 2019 at 10:59 Our dear Ali Baba wrote this little gem: >As far as contributions to science/technology/arts it must be worth remembering that the body of academic work that the West has produced was made possibly via the industrial revolution of the 19th century, and that was due to the Rennaissance of the 15th-18th centuries, and that only occurred due to the transfer of work from midieval Islamic scholars to the West Then we should expect great science in the Qur'an so I have a few questions: 1. Is it true that the Qur'an says in Q79:30 that the earth is flat? So is the earth flat our dear Ali Baba? 2. Is it true that semen comes from the backbones of men? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 3. Is it true that women also ejaculate semen but it comes from the bones of the chest (al-Tara'ib is the area of the necklace)? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? Sobanallah women also ejaculate semen! 4. Is it true that the sun set in a muddy pool? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 5. Is it true that Allah created mountains and made them as the pegs of a tent so the skies would not crash on top of you and your bed? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? and is it true that mountains prevent earthquakes as it says in the Qur'an? 6. Is it true that comets were made so they can chase al-Shaytan? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 7. Is it true that the sun rotates around the earth? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 8. Is it true that semen stays in the vagina for 40 days after sexual intercourse? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 9. Do dogs have two arms as the author of the Qur'an claims? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? 10. Is it true that the Qur'an tells us about the atom? Is that true our dear Ali Baba? Hint: This is a big fat lie This will be a good start Science in the Qur'an is a crock! Oh and BTW is it true that Muslims burned the Greek books of learning in the library of Alexandria and the Persian book in the library of Ctesiphon and the Buddhist library at Nalanda?
