More gems from our dear Raul! Arabs v Non Arab converts to Islam!Reader comment on item: Tectonic Shifts in Attitudes toward Israel Submitted by dhimmi no more, Feb 8, 2019 at 06:02 Our dear Raul wrote this little gem: >For example, while the Gulf Sunni Arab states command great following throughout the Islamic world on account of their wealth, and control over Mecca and Medina, the bulk of the Muslim world's population resides outside that region. For example the population of Bangladesh alone exceeds that of the entire GCC (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) several fold. Then you add Indonesia, Pakistan, and Turkey, you get a significant bloc. Those countries will continue to have their ties to say Saudi Arabia, but will they be any closer to Israel in the forseeable future in the absence of what they feel is a "just" solution vis a vis the Palestinians? If you are talking about Islam the religion then you should get it that Islam is the religion of the Arabs first and foremost. The Arabs care less about non Arabs after all they are followers not leaders in Islam If you are talking about the Middle East politics the reality is no Arab cares about the "feelings" of Pakistanis and Indian Muslims and Bangladesh! No one cares about your feelings our dear Raul. More? Reforming of Islam is going to come from the young Arabs in the Middle East, while tablighees like you will be left behind PS: You still did not answer my question: What is so good about monotheism? I'm waiting
