If you are talking about Islam the religion then you should get it that Islam is the religion of the Arabs first and foremost. The Arabs care less about non Arabs after all they are followers not leaders in Islam

If you are talking about the Middle East politics the reality is no Arab cares about the "feelings" of Pakistanis and Indian Muslims and Bangladesh! No one cares about your feelings our dear Raul.

More? Reforming of Islam is going to come from the young Arabs in the Middle East, while tablighees like you will be left behind
