Prashant: The Qur'an says that the OT is not corrupted! Attention: Our dear Raul and our dear Robert!Reader comment on item: Tectonic Shifts in Attitudes toward Israel Submitted by dhimmi no more, Jan 15, 2019 at 12:07 Muslims the likes of our dear Raul don't read their Islamic sources. In سورة الاحقاف (Sura 46) verse 12 it says; ومن قبله كتاب موسى اماما ورحمة وهذا كتاب مصدق لسانا عربيا This can be rendered as: And before this (the Qur'an) was the book of Moses (The Tawrat) a guide and mercy and this book (the Qur'an) confirms (the Tawrat) in Arabic tongue! This is very clear that the author of the Qur'an is saying that the Bible is not corrupted unless the Qur'an is also corrupted! But again the Qur'an is a confused and confusing book! Any comments our dear Raul al-Tablighee? BTW: The title of this Sura الاحقاف has no meaning There is no Arabic word called احقاف or Ahqaf . Gred Puin believes that it is a misreading of the Garshoni (Arabic text reading by using Syriac alphabet) ܐܥܡܩ or A'maq So the actual name of the Sura should be in Arabic اعماق or A'maq or the depth and not Ahqaf How did this happen? Those editing the Quranic text written in Garshouni must have misread the Syriac ܥ and read it as Arabic ح and read the Syriac ܡܩ (Mq) as Arabic قف (Qf) Care to comment our dear Robert?
