Redirection- Connecting Globalized Dots on the High Seas

Speculation from this observer wondered if the Iranian Islamic Regime's naval maneuvers would end up in Venezuela; but like any good diversion, mystery always makes the circumstances more compelling.
We read now that the Iranian Islamic Regime's connection is more 'Sovietesque' than originally thought; going to join the source of the partners of the Russian/Iranian accords in which a Ezekiel vision is recalled.
This new effort in coordinating with common agreement in objectives makes for interesting speculation; what are they planning? Wondering here what Admiral Peter Kikareas might advance........
