Did Joe Rogan (defending bigoted Omar) meant to say that Jews are trustworthy and know how to do it?

Clarity:

If Joe meant it to say that Jews are trustworthy and talented about it. That is one thing.

For instance, Trump:

Bad is, if Rogan meant it in the wrong way, as in recycling old libels, jealousy and/or hate originated generalizations. Terrible.
