Yes you are right. The true image is even worst.
It is a training factory for all the terrorist. Yaa there are only few radicals and those are the ones we are worried about.

Again, you are not speaking for the whole of islam. The real speakers are the terrorists who invoke Allah and other idiots to perpetuate their heinous crimes.

What has lack of democracy to do with the way they treat non-muslims.

In pakistan, Hindus and other minorities can never hold certain positions like President. Why ?
A non-moslem is not equal to a muslim in court.
They cannot criticize islam, without being killed.
How about the honor killings where mullahs sanction it. Dont tell me true islam does not preach this. I heard enough of that lies.

Muslims are in denial of their barbaric and violent past and present.
The world will be better off only when they come out of this denial and respect other religions and follow secularism in all those mullah run countries.

Sure, there are "radicals" present, but then they are not taken seriously by quite a large section of society. My... boss, broadband internet speed, chicks with attitude, FCUK T-shirts and vacations take precedence over "killing infidels". And I can safely say the same for numerous people my age.

Visit any rural areas and see for yourself how religious the people are. Individuals are concerned about their next meal and not "killing infidels". Economic sanctions and isolation only provide ammo to the radicals who may then, instill ill-will towards the west.

Problems exist in muslim countries. However, because of lack of freedom, none of these have been dealt with. The US, UK, France have had a glorious run of at least 100 years to mop us their societies/ weed out the miscreants, fine tune their constitutions, develop institutions that protect the right of the individuals and promote secualrism. None of the muslim countries has had that much time. We were colonies, where "the divide and rule" policies of the colonisers have left deep divisions between the people. These issues have not been addressed as the tyrants we have are only concerned with consolidating their own power.

With the exception of Malaysia and Turkey, NONE of the muslim countries has been free of tyrants. Tyrants who, I'd like to add, are puppets of the US. These tyrants (in Egypt, Saudia, Pakistan, Iraq, Jordan etc) ignore human rights and deny people the freedom of speech. How can you expect tyrants, concerned only with holding onto power, to clean up their societies when they only destroy institutions? Give power back to the people (the educated ones), stop suypporting these tyrants, give us a helping hand and see how it goes from there.

Dont be hasty to judge us. Offer us a helping hand, be patient and dont interfere with the means we employ to clean up our society.
