IgnoranceReader comment on item: Hijabs on Western Public Women Submitted by Howlin Freedom (United States), Mar 25, 2008 at 12:31 Women pictured in the above link think that they are politely adhering to the Islamic custom of female subjegation as a courtesy when, in fact, they are emulating the lowest of humans in the Muslim world. In fact, they show their ignorance out of political correctness and their willingness to submit at the suggestion of men. They wear the attire of the woman used as human terror bombs or confined to home and devoid of life stimulation. They, by adaptation of cultural dress not their own, masquerade as tools of Jihad. The Muslim absolutely abhors this phony adaptation of his customs and, again, laughs at the foolishness of these women and their actions of respectful piety to the cult of death and the black rock of Mekha. A female head and hair covering can be historically traced to the Ancients. In the Hebrew society it was indicative of an 'ornamental appendage or holiday dress'; 'for glory and for beauty'. Ex. 40 Beduoin, Assyrian, Greek, Egyptian, and Arabians sometimes covered their heads 'as decorative statements', cleanliness (from dust, animal refuse, and other elements), or warmth and shelter from the the natural elements of rain, snow, wind, sand, and sun. Early Christian women covered their hair at Paul's teaching 1 Cor. symbolic that as God is above His Son and Christ is the head of man, man is the head of the wife, as the first created Adam, man and woman created from man, Eve. The Beduoin Keffiyeh is the traditional Head-dress of men. Synopsis:Smith's Dictionary of the Bible, Vol.II, Baker THE PENALTIES OF HIJAB (COVERING) FOR WOMEN AS PERCEIVED IN THE WEST The head-covering says "I drag in my seventh century male-mandated anchor costume. I cannot change. I will not assimilate. I require special treatment. I am unapproachable. I am mildly mobile but in hiding. I am trapped!" For Muslim women, COVERING THE HEAD IS THE SIGN OF DEGRADATION, or oppression, in the liberated Westerners' perception of women. It is a commandment from Muhammad's created god Allah, who considers women inferior in intelligence and rights according to the Koran, and thus, would discriminate against women, an inferior segment of his creation. It is a male dictated type of covering resented by women of the West who enjoy choosing, assembling, and designing their own style and apparel coordinates and fashion statements. HEAD-COVERING IS NOT A SIGN OF PURITY AND DIGNITY to the Westerner. It does not highlight the Muslim woman as a pure, chaste woman nor set her apart from the immoral behavior associated with women who dress "immodestly" as Muslims are taught. Since her male keeper may be as immoral as he desires she is soiled by his actions. The HIJAB IS A RESTRICTIVE "SCREEN" OR WALL BETWEEN THE SUPPOSEDLY 'CHASTE' MUSLIM WOMAN AND THE 'EVIL' THAT EXISTS IN THE KUFUR WORLD. The Hijab allows a Muslim woman to move about somewhat outside of the confines of her home and is, in effect, a tether for the world to see. It shields and seperates her from others and conjurs up secretive images of giant bats, black sails, plastic garbage bags, or ancient nuns of a restrictive order. WITH HER ATTENTION ON THE TASKS SHE HAS SET OUT TO DO, there can be no athletics, leisure, relaxation, nor pleasure while covered. She is purely a 'beast of burden' and an object of task completing usefulness to the male. This is her dead-end lot as a Muslim female. It says to a Westerner, "I am a prisoner of Allah. If I rebel from wearing this prison suit I will be beaten or killed!" The Muslim woman does not try to teach, lead, impress, inspire, share, or advance anyone but Muhammed's Allah when outside of her home. She is strictly a functional task mistress who has reached her chore completion status in life with nothing to look forward to, ever! She will be one of many women to the man and will bare the burdons of the home, frequently feeling trapped and unappreciated. Being covered in public will camoflage any bruises or blemishes that she has received at home in that Muhammad encouraged physical discipline of women. She is not concerned if men find her attractive or not because no one does. It is why she is covered and hidden. She has been circumcised of all natural beauty, expression, and enjoyment. Even a cat or dog enjoys being told that they are pretty. She has been voided in self love and is restricted in all dealings with others, a marked woman. She actually sets people off in the West with the forboding (male dictated) attire of Islamists and has been taught that people are impressed because she doesn't have the latest fashions, or the newest hairstyle or jewelry ('bangles'). She leaves her home as a controlled and limited sub-human and not as a fashionable individual who freely expresses her own flare and verve. It is natural to want to be noticed positively. This is not permitted in the covered woman. She is programmed to not be seeking stares and adoration in order to gain attention but receves looks of incredulousness, pity, and distaste from Westerners. She must look away. The hijab actually eliminates competition, individual expression, creativeness, and positive attention or adoration among women. It prevents the skin from breathing properly. It robs the body of Vitamin D critical to good health. It is a dirt catcher and frequently gets wet or soiled requiring constant cleaning or else it will smell unpleasant. In athletics, or any movement, it is restrictive, cumbersome, impairs peripheral vision and is the ball and chain of the subjegated Muslim woman.
