Actually, I believe that the Libyan intervention underscores the utter amateurishness of the Obama administration. No intervention should be undertaken in the absence of clear US national interest. No such American interest exists on either side in the Libyan conflict; although a case might be made that Qaddafi, since scared into giving up his nuclear ambitions by Dubya Bush's rambunctiousness, may actually be the lesser of two evils [or, maybe not].
