Libya and ShariaReader comment on item: What's the Goal in Libya? Submitted by Zeena (United States), Oct 24, 2011 at 10:54 It seems that Libya is going to go back to the dark ages with the implementation of Sharia Law. We are seeing the same situation as what happened in Iran. Soon the citizens of this Libya will wish Quaddafi were back, especially the women- as citizens of Iran wish the Shah were back. To think that the countries such as US, France and England used the taxpayer monies to help implement Sharia, a system that is against human rights, and totally discriminates against women is appalling. Shame on the US,France ,and England. Soon the violent Sharia will be the law throughout the entire Middle East . Democracy is not brought only through free elections. Human rights and freedom of speech is an important feature of democracy, what does not exist in Sharia.
