.. try to loveReader comment on item: Goodbye Ankara Submitted by M.Ali (Turkey), Sep 28, 2011 at 03:59 Hi ... i will not loose any time with you, because you are an uncurable case. All what you say is exageration examples of some stories. Some times because of uprisings some looters were punished and its a necessity of statehood. If you want to undertstand who died and where read Prof Justin Mc Carthy's Death and Exile and see how many millions of Turks massacred and Murdered on a line from Balkans to Caucasia and Anatolia. Turks never forced anyone to enter islam. But because they were on the power and ruling there was a superiority case and being a muslim was a privileged case and respected case, however Turks never touch any churches, never close any church, still in Istanbul hundreds of Rum church still there with no audience. On the contrary Selanik, which was a predominantly Turkish city in 1913 with big Jew Population and about max 5% Rum population fell to Rums and today from the 1913 picture of Selanik, a forest of minarets , today you can see none. Turks conquered vast territories, and effects of Kosova battle, Mohacs battle and other struggles still continues today, how were they able to overcome strong enemies with much less soldiers against crusaders armies? because they were brave, and having moral superiority over their enemies. In the Middle ages in Europe they were living under misery conditions, catholic engisition court killing innocents, cutting their stomach because there is devil there, making 100 years wars,Firing out jews from spain which we brought to Turkey as a secure land for these people, Byzantine remains playing" Byzantine Tricks" a very nice idiom comes today. Crusaders looting Hagia Sophia, Balkans in a mess, in Bosnia bogomils under pressure, at that time there is no Rum, so called greeks there, they were already finished 1000 s years ago but there were serbs who fight and confronted with turks. The people in Greece are collected immigrants of Eastern anatolia, thats why they are mad about europeanness though it means nothing for us. ... Turks conquered because the conditions favor them, today any strong power can go to lets say France and replace them as language and culture, the answer is no. If Turks managed a similar case how can this be only by war? its impossible, simply impossible. in 700 s Turkish Nobleman who enter Abbasid service in baghdad captured later, iraq, syria, palestine, lebaon, jordan and Egypt, and their palaces, bridges, medreses, caravansarays still there go and see, how these people managed it? because this is their character, wherever they go they form an organisation, a chinese proverb says 2 jews is a company, 2 Turks is a state. Turks never and ever forced anyone to enter islam, this is a big lie and such a big lie. Mr.hater, there is only 1 example Yavuz the Grimm orders all non-muslims to be muslims, but although he has definite power to do that, Grand Mufti Zembilli Ali cemali Efendi objects and says, if you do so i will declare a fetva to expel you from your post, and he had to step back. ıs there any example with any state or nation like this when are are a definite power. ... try to love, if you Rums fall into hands of British, or French they would quickly impose their language at least on you. You are luck to be managed by Turks. Reals rulers and never accept any imprisonment. If in your life you come Turkey, you will love the nobility of people and will understand how they are able to created such complex forms of states, you will understand you can do nothing only by power. We are also ready to welcome you , As a homework try to understand more deep this case, you will love and respect as we respect anyone although from a lower culture, oppps now dont talk, if you are going to talk expalin me the difference between kenya and germany and what makes germany more superior to kenyans although both are humans. Regards Submitting....
