The people who set in their chamber and carefully tuned into Obama's and then Netanyahu's speech were the Iranian regime. Neither Obama or Netanyahu is being fully candid with the other; also Obama is not fully candid with the American people and Netanyahu is not fully candid with the Israeli public.

Conclusions will be in the action that will be, or not be taken. Iran cannot be allowed to continue its plans to have nuclear weapons and by May it will be too late for an action that will end her nuclear power ambitions.
