I don't know. I am not even remotely a military analyst, nor even very knowledgeable about military capabilities of nations.

I know something about underground workings and their support and characteristics, and a modicum about explosives. Rock is extremely strong in a compressional environment, so trying to knock down the mountain won't work. What will work is targeting the unavoidable weaknesses that are always associated with underground infrastructure of the sort in question. Those are air, water, power, and access/egress.
