what is behind the absurd?

Absurd situation when one can't destroy the enemy's weapon before it's fully produced and can't do the same after the small number of the articles are ready! Everybody knows that the short period of time exist for the attack. Doomed Iranians wait for the destruction,and westerners-simpletons await with fear the coming moment! It's so easy to escape the attack moment with the help of the friends who can hide the nukes for the moment.
