Easy. There are those who make the sausage, and those who eat the sausage. To the Muslim World, infidel France is part of the House of War, a lawless state not ruled by Sharia yet so that it can qualify to join the (nonexistent) House of Peace. Thus, Allah authorizes true Muslims to deputize themselves as Sharia cop-judges, who can hold court in the field and execute their own summary judgments, including execution, if it helps destroy the infidel govt. and replace it with Sharia. That the actions are categorized as terrorism and breed hatred by the infidels is irrelevant, a category mistake in their way of thinking. Either the infidels convert to Islam, or they must be thoroughly terrorized and realize that what they think doesn't matter, because they must totally submit or be killed.

Of course, the so-called Muslim World hasn't yet become the House of Peace because it's filled with so many infidels (Sunni, Shiite, Ahmadiyya, etc.), slackers, lapsed Muslims, secular Muslims, even atheists. The truth is that no Muslims should be considered for immigration to the West unless they apostasize first, precisely because they consciously or subconsciously categorize the entire pop. of their new country as infidels and either want to make the sausage or wait for others to make it for them so they can sit down and dine on the sausage; either way, their mindset, inculcated from their earliest years as soon as they can read the Quran regards infidels as animals.
