Assessment of an Attempt in Establishing the Legacy The Candidate Started with Cairo 2009

In an attempt as gauche as not assigning appropriate blame for the Paris attacks and others around the world which are as much a derivative of the message in Cairo 2009 as any, the narrative out of the environment of a religious establishment that has ties to the very antagonists that chant death to America does nothing to alleviate the security concerns that are mounting with each and every subsequent attack on the non-Muslim sectors of the globe.

But, really, what was this photo opportunity of the Islamic kind really for? If someone said that he was gloating that he had placed Islamism on the American landscape and there is little anyone can do in time to 'change it back,' that, by this observation, is not far from the reality that America is facing at this moment in time. Worse yet, the repercussions are incalculable.

America can no longer represent a force for the good of the global community; for the advantages America once held are dissolved, a decidedly obvious aspect of the Candidate's legacy. To retrieve any sense of the former status will require a resolve that has yet to show itself in the latest political aspirations of the 2016 campaigns. To paraphrase the situation politically: give the adversary his due.

2016 is still in its early phases and the reality is that the clock of circumstances is not stopping to anticipate consequences of bad decision making; and bad decision making is what will be demonstrated as this year runs out its destiny and the nuances alluded to in the mosque visit are made manifest; that the issues caused by not recognizing the immediate threat will have immediate consequences.

Think that America will be able to quell the issues of the Middle East while appeasing the Islamists actions in the region: think again. America, as it relates to responding to the Islamists' threats, has been neutralized. Think it not so? Watch what happens, for instance, when the 'Palestinians' present the next round of petitions of unilateral division of Israeli territory to the UN. Just think about it..........and how the Arab uprisings commencing in 2009 were not coincidental.....
