Escaping the Pall of Doom; Where Does One Go, Whom Does One Follow

For this observer, the irony of classifying Biblically based discussions as esoteric is so thick now, that were it to be set in allegory as to what kind of bread may be broken, the Scriptural bread would be densely grained unleavened fare versus the 'wonder' fluff bread full of air that modern industrial bakeries sell by the half loaf. This observer no longer engages the term 'evangelical' in the modern church parlance, for that is now being observed as empty of Scriptural substance with no power left to save. If there is no longer an obedience to witness the power to save in empty evangelicalism (a term now diffused by many not of the faith yet claiming to be so), then its salt is thrown away, useless.

Let us continue the observation about America and Russia to include that Roma was not in view by name in Daniel's dissertation either, but that all who are previewed for history's execution of the WORD of the LORD are known by their fruits, some expressing the darkness of the times each empire was in; other expressing the intervention of prophetic implications like Cyrus being the Lord's servant in releasing the Jewish nation after serving the seventy year sentence.

That being said, is it the left foot of miry clay and iron mixture of modern governments leading the way to the expected release of the Lord's judgment; or is it the right? The lead in for the mystery Babylon expenditure of imperial power in these last days presents a dilemma for human logic looking for an edge to be right when the rest of the world is trying to finds reason of why they cannot control the ravaging anti-West sentiments of a Middle East that sucks the oxygen of logic right out of every discussion of how not to blow everything up in nuclear fashion.

Actually, esoteric may be used to describe what Yeshua spoke of when He declared that the highway to desolation is wide and many go that way; while the road to eternity is narrow and not many go therein. Not every one that thinks they have it made are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb gets to enter. That is why the term 'remnant' appears so often in prophetic Scripture. So, yes, I am not so careful to be termed esoteric, for it does have Scriptural implications, just as Yeshua said.
