Trump's cabinet selections contain some people with views that are not consistent with the GOP campaign promises. The short list of supreme court justices contain the names of people whose record and philosophy does not parallel that of the late Justice Scalia as was promised during the campaign. Until Trump has been in power for a while, it will be difficult to tell what direction the country will take as there is no consistency of philosophy during the creation of the administration.
