You have entered into a place that invites speculation that has some embracing, by many opinions and an obfuscation of what the Holy Writ has said would be the cause and effect of a disobedient Jewish population, an apocalyptic scenario for Mt Moriah; and the world has no clue for it openly does not agree for reasons of the rebellion according to the WORD of the LORD. As you have surmised, a form of World War Three will be engaged in to the extent that after the smoke starts to settle, either the winner or loser sues for peace and one of the conditions will be that Israel gets the green light to engage in the fulfillment of the prophetic portions of Ezra and Nehemiah.

The ekklesia of Jesus Christ will not be there, having been 'snatched away' according to the promise of the LORD.

There begins the actions of the 'little horn' of Daniel, allowing the third temple to be built for the final purge of the great tribulation after the abomination of desolation occurs mid-week, three and one half years after the armistice. That is the macro.

But in the ether if this is the micro, the individual's place in the eternal destiny set out for the believer; and the place of the unbeliever who continues to seek the plan of the self, the ego that does not desire to serve under the passages that provide salvation in the Gospel. The Gospel does dwells on the Temple for the Jewish nation, but the gentiles are directed towards the Person, not the place, of worship. That innate work of the Holy Spirit takes the believer to places of the heart, for the mercy and grace afforded for believing and the Temple we are directed to is the tabernacle that allows the Holy Spirit to dwell within us.

The revelation is no longer available to the Jewish population unless and until the remnant finally declares 'blessed is He that arrives in the Name of the LORD'.

But the insistence that Turkey will initiate those moments is only partially observable in Scripture: but we have already commiserated about this before. As for timing, it is my expectation to be received in the clouds in the air; and hopefully you too.
