Variation of Circumstances: Israel Wins the Moment; But The Temple will be Built Under A Different Premise of the Promise

Ezekiel in Chapter 40 tells of the next Temple as promised, but in praying for the peace of Jerusalem requires a fulfillment of ALL of the PROMISES, including the interlude that leads to the restoration of David's kingdom through the reign of HaMashiach. This is required and the requirement of the Temple is prelude to restoring peace in Israel.
