There are signsReader comment on item: Israeli Victory, Palestinian Prosperity Submitted by Nicholas (United Kingdom), Jul 22, 2021 at 12:17 Bassem Eid, Khaled Abu Toameh, there are some optimistic signs but they are few and far between..... Dr Pipes how do we encourage on a practical level for the hatred and rejectionism amongst certain Palestinians to fade away and for peace reconciliation and harmony to dominate instead? Surely academic plays a role, leadership must play a role, media, public discourse.... Most Palestinians would do anything for an israeli work permit or ID and yet many espew hatred and rejectionism. Please offer some more specific thoughts if you can or if you disagree with me please let me know. Thank you as always for your hard work and contribution to the discourse. I know Khaled Abu Toameh personally, he is an amazing guy and brilliant journalist
