Understanding the Ultimate Truth - Colonialism is Outgrowth of Ancient EmpiresReader comment on item: Israeli Victory, Palestinian Prosperity Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Aug 2, 2021 at 11:03 It is quite interesting that the description provided here of how globalism is thought to work was the same things being taught more than fifty years ago; it was proven wrong then; it is still is wrong as it can be now. To be sure, Western civilization is not the ultimate model. India is actually one of the better examples, having lived through British occupation after Islamic invasion after ancient invasions; and now the threat of the CCP is on their very borders. What model does one think the Chinese are going to bring, like Hong Kong or the Uighurs ensconced in what the Empire of China believes is their destiny to impress. Now, since there appears to be a divided belief that Hizbollah has somehow found the perfect model of governance, how it is that being Islamic, do they think they can contend with the 200 million man army and prove themselves better than the Uighurs? By remembering that the colonialism being blamed here was not 'Western' in its origins, do not dismiss that Chinese communism as a variant of the Soviet model (remember when?) that was pervasive world wide and was just as colonial as any version that Portugal, France, the Nederland's colonies; oh, and let us not forget again the English; how does anyone not believe that Islamisation is just as colonial as any invasive occupation; differences in English usage notwithstanding. This is the first take.
